How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the App Store app, tap your profile picture, then Subscriptions, and select Unpack Chat to cancel or change your plan.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at support@unpackchat.com from the address associated with your account and we will delete your account and saved reviews.
Why do you need microphone and speech recognition access?
Both are optional. They are only used if you choose to dictate a conversation instead of typing or pasting it; the audio is converted to text on your device and is not stored.
Is my conversation content used to train AI models?
No. Your content is sent to our AI providers only to generate your analysis, under data-processing terms that prohibit them from using it for their own purposes. See the Privacy Policy for details.
